وصــف الوظيفة:Administration

• Support with the management of the Executive Principals diary / calendar
• Update and manage the whole school operational calendar
• Scheduling of essential educational meetings
• Complete minutes for school meetings, parent meetings where required at EP discretion
• Communicate information to whole school community on essential updates
• Provide minutes for weekly start of school staff briefings and bulletins
• Provide administrative support for the completion of school documents related to accreditation’s and inspections (Cognia)
• Implement executive decisions
• Completing any typing or updating of school related documents which supports the EP responsibilities
• Update any administration area notice boards
• Support with the coordination of whole school activities and events
• Support with the final management and distribution of school academic reports
• Support with data entry for essential MOE student academic information



Marketing and communication

• Collate information from school community members for the publication of newsletter (including requesting and reminders)
• Promote upcoming events on social media and develop an interesting online presence for the school
• Regularly update school calendar and inform school and parent community of key events
• Provide a communication link between the website provider and the school to update school profile
• Coordinating any element of hospitality for VIP guest and visitors
• To follow up with calls or emails to parents, teachers and outside organisations

Recruitment and HR

• Update advertisements with agencies for vacant positions
• Distribute information to school leadership staff related to teaching or administration vacancies
• Support with the communication with new staff candidates
• Scheduling of interviews for EP and Principals
• Following up with reference requests for new appointments
• Support with HR related issues for the appointment of new teaching and administration staff

Strong communication skills - Arabic and English
