| وصــف الوظيفة: | You will coordinate, manage, and implement all related procurement & Logistics activities in the department. This position requires Material & procurement Engineering/ IT background, handling bids and quotations, and suppliers/ vendors negotiation.
Responsibilities:
● To be responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the procurement and logistics department.
● Liaise with other department in general and projects in particular to determine the material and equipment requirements and plan to acquire the same in accordance with the project implementation plan(PIP).
● Set up and manage accounts to purchase all the required materials and equipment.
●Ensure the procured materials, equipment, tools and provided services meet the required standards and specifications with market price , budget level and delivery tome .
● Develop and implement Departmental working procedures with emphasis on material and equipment tracking system and warehouse procedures.
● Maintain Vehicles fleet and warehouse controls.
● Ensure the list of approved Suppliers /Contractors is kept updated.
