Job Description:• Create and execute learning strategies and programs including on boarding training and on Job training programs
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs with respect to L&D Requirements.
• Design and deliver various learning methods company wide (e.g. concepts and stories of each brand, work ethics,..etc)
• Assess the success of employee’s development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
• Set employee exchange programs in the company different regions and countries
• Organize employees development training programs including food safety , Safety training programs, on Job training..etc
• Conduct Quarterly activities and workshops for motivating and employee encouragement and saving programs
• Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
Job Requirements:• Develop employee development plans by the beginning of each years taking in consideration the budget part.
• Run all on boarding training within 4 working days of Date of Hire of newly hired employee
• Conduct training needs analysis on yearly basis
• Update all training conducted on employee history file
• conduct Quarterly activities and workshops for motivating employees and employee encouragement programs

Salary: SR 7,000 - SR 8,000
